Disc Golf Source Return & Exchange Policy

At discsource.com we offer a 30 day refund policy if you are not satisfied with your order. If your items are brand new and in the original packaging, please follow the steps below for returns or exchanges:

1. Contact our customer service team at hello@discsource.com within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to request a return or exchange.

2. Provide your order number and the reason you would like to return or exchange your item(s).

3. Once your return request is approved, return the package to our address below. If your item was defective or sent in error by Disc Golf Source you may be provided with a prepaid return label.

4. Please pack the disc golf discs or other products securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All products must be returned in brand new condition to ensure full credit.

5. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we are only able to accept returns for disc golf discs that are in new and unused condition. Discs that have been used or show any signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for returns. We also do not cover the cost of return shipping.

In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for international orders.
